In Stock Items will be shipped out within 3-5 business days (sometimes we do encounter delays).  This is regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Moving Charm Bracelets are Made to Order will ship within 5-7 business days but could take up to 6 weeks if out of stock.

On the occasion that I have made an error with your order, I will work with you to provide the best outcome.

Postal delays, change of mind or another reason out of my control are not valid grounds to grant a refund.

Shipping Addresses: We also request you ship to a location that is permanent, as we can not assist with unverified addresses.
