Return Policy

At Poshbylily, we want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including original packaging. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 7-day return window with your order details. Once your return is approved, instructions will be provided for sending the item back.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
